COS provides practical support that makes a world of difference

From small but practical life changing adjustments, to helping individuals navigate essential government services we support Disabled people maintain their ability to make informed choices.
Co-ordinating daily with organisations like DWP, Vision Support and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board we ensure a comprehensive, holistic approach.
We also help to break down the barriers they face through training businesses to be aware of issues faced, introducing British Sign Language into the Welsh education and supporting businesses to employ a more diverse workforce.
โWhen I look back if I wasnโt given that support, I wouldnโt be where I am now, so I am really thankful.โ
