Support to make informed decisions

An informed decision is made when people have all the information they need. We assist by explaining the outcomes, benefits and consequences of each option clearly, to help individuals decide which choice is the best for them.
Some of the support we offer
We take a holistic approach, supporting individuals according to their specific needs. Areas of expertise include:
Benefit Checks
Supporting those with sensory loss to check entitlements, complete forms, gain employment through Working Sense, support when contacting DWP, local Council, reporting changes and general advice.
Translating written correspondence
We understand written English can be complex for some of our customers. IAA can support with letter translation to BSL.
Making supported phone calls
Supporting customers to contact a range of services, businesses and organisations and advocating accessible communication.
Other Support
Ensuring people understand their rights, have access the right support and right information to make informed decisions

Contact us by phone, SMS, video call or in person between 9am-5pm each day.
