Becky joined COS in December 2022 as a Compliance Officer on the JobSense project, before moving on to become an Employment Advisor for the Working Sense project.



She feels lucky to be on a such a rewarding career path. She is passionate about, helping individuals to improve their situation, while being able to engage with the community and learning new skills such as British Sign Language.



Becky enjoys regular holidays abroad and taken a particular liking to America where she spent her honeymoon travelling from east to west across the country.
