Working Sense Project Manager

Clare’s project management skills are key to leading the Working Sense project while her data management experience has also been instrumental in demonstrating the effectiveness of the project.
 
Clare started working for COS as an administrative assistant for the JobSense project but her professionalism and understanding of the unique needs of the project meant Clare was promoted to lead the project delivery team.
 
Clare leads and motivates with an enthusiastic, can-do approach, always keen to learn new skills and stepping up to new challenges.
 
Out of work, Clare spends a great deal of time outdoors with her family, while her son keeps her very busy. Her weekends are usually spent on bike rides, up a mountain or by the side of lake.
