Simon Sutler

Finance Director

A qualified accountant Simon has worked in the charitable sector for over 30 years. Previously he spent 5 years in the accountancy profession and 4 years in industry. He joined COS in 2018 at a watershed moment and spent the first year guiding a new management team through a difficult period. Since then, the organisation has grown in strength and personnel. He has been instrumental in significantly expanding the services offered to support a growing number of disabled people in North Wales. 
 
Outside of work Simon enjoys rugby but has long since retired from coaching and refereeing. These days he prefers to potter in his garden as well as overseeing the maintenance of the meditation and wellbeing garden at the office.
