Vicki is a qualified social worker. After a decade working for local authorities, she joined the founding team at Frontline, now England’s largest social work charity, which trains over 450 participants each year. Following ten years there, Vicki returned to her native North and became CEO of a youth and community charity in Liverpool.

She brings to the board extensive safeguarding expertise alongside experience in delivering large-scale projects, driving cultural change, leading restructures, and growing charities. Passionate about building stronger communities, Vicki’s commitment to this mission inspired her to take on this trustee role. She and her family live locally.
